- If you received your order damage please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number and picture of your damage order. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
- What if I never received my order?
- CCXIII is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave the facilities. If an item's lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will provide you with the address, shipping carrier information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall received compensation for your lost or stolen items through the shipping carrier.
